Independent Non-Executive Director

Datuk Ir. Ts. Dr. Mahadi was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 31 March 2022.

Datuk Dr. Mahadi has more than 15 years of working experience in several industries. He specializes in the fields of engineering, consulting, and international relations.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Conflict and Crisis Management from Management and Science University, Malaysia, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences) Braunschweig/ Wolfenbüttel, Germany. His area of study also includes climate change, circular economy, and sustainability strategies.

Among others, Datuk Dr. Mahadi is currently on the National Monitoring Committee for the Board of Engineers Malaysia and Southeast Asia Industry Advisory Member in Thought For Food International Foundation.

He currently sits on the Board of the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle, Joint Business Council, and Institute For Youth Research Malaysia.
