Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist and manage the funding and capital raising requirement of the company
To determine a fundraising strategy
Negotiating and structuring financial details
Liaise and work closely with banker and financial expert
Act as the first point of contact for specified funding agencies/bankers
To establish and develop effective working relationships with the Company’s funding providers.
To investigate potential sources of funding for the Company
Keep effective records of funding bids, reports and communications with funding agencies/bankers
Preparation of budgets within funding, working closely with the finance team and business unit to ensure accurate costings.
Ensures that all required stipulations are met prior to funding
Ensures the preparation of all required documents for funding purpose in a timely manner
Attend meetings with relevant and interested parties.
Measurements / Key Performance Indicator:
Creation and maintenance of financial modelling for the companies and applications
Creation of submitted business plan, financial submission and funding requirement
Submission of funding application
Completeness of Documentation and related submission to the lender and funder
Completion and fulfilment of the condition precedent of the funding disbursement
Disbursement of the funds
Job Requirement:
Possess Bachelor degree/Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications in related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of in investment and fund management, with demonstrated ability to lead a team in high performance set-up.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language and Bahasa Melayu.
Systematic and resourceful with strong analytical skills.
Ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of management.
Preference would be given to candidate with professional Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications and those with relevant investment trading licenses issued by regulators.
