Reneuco Embarks on Eco-Schools Programme in Pekan (20 September 2023)

Reneuco Berhad has signed a note of collaboration (NOC) with the Green Growth Asia Foundation (GGAF) to enhance environmental education and sustainability efforts through the Eco-Schools program sponsorship at a school in Pekan. It is a great opportunity for us to further our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts and to give back to the community.

The event was held on 20 September 2023 and it reflects our commitment to supporting the Malaysian government’s call to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and the ‘Pahang Greening Education Partnership 2030’ initiative.

It is with great hope that this collaboration will produce future leaders with a great awareness of climate change and the environment, and will benefit all parties along the journey.

Food Aid Programme 3.0: Yan, Kedah (27 August 2021)
Reneuco donated approximately 120 sets of food packs, which included rice, cooking oil, sugar, salt, instant noodles, biscuits, flour, sardines, condensed milk, vermicelli, coffee mix, and tea to the affected villagers following the flash floods in Yan, Kedah.

Drive for Humanity Sabah 3.0: Ranau and Tambunan, Sabah (30 and 31 July 2021)
Reneuco continued the Drive for Humanity Sabah program in Ranau and Tambunan. Reneuco donated 100 packs of food supplies to the individuals who received their COVID-19 vaccines at the vaccination centers.

Food Aid Programme 2.0: Kampung Orang Asli Ulu Kampar, Perak

Reneuco donated food supplies to the 92 families in Kampung Orang Asli Ulu Kampar, Perak, to ease the burden of the local community during the period of total nationwide lockdown.

Drive for Humanity Sabah 2.0: Kota Marudu, Sabah (28 June 2021)
Following our previous CSR program; Ride for Humanity Sabah, we further enhanced the program, launching Drive for Humanity 2.0 in Kota Marudu, Sabah which focused on increasing awareness of COVID-19, the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (“PICK”) and the importance of maintaining good hygiene.

On 28 June 2021, during the nationwide MCO 3.0 lockdown, Reneuco carried out Drive for Humanity Sabah 2.0 in Kota Marudu, Sabah. The program was conducted with the Ministry of Health’s Outreach PICK program and the Sabah State Disaster Management Committee. Other than the vaccination and COVID-19 awareness program, Reneuco also donated and distributed food and hygiene packs to approximately 100 families.

Food Aid Programme 1.0: Kampung Sungai Chiong RPS Air Banun, Perak (7-8 January 2021)
Reneuco contributed to the community in Kampung Sungai Chiong RPS Air Bannon, Temenggor, Perak, by donating food necessities along with used clothes, books, children’s toys, and household items.

2020

Ride for Humanity Sabah (20 June - 31 August 2020)
Recognising the lack of awareness and information on COVID-19 in rural areas, Reneuco together with Trek Finder Tours Sdn. Bhd. organized ‘Ride for Humanity. The program covered 500km across the Crocker Range, Sabah in over 3 months.

On every weekend starting from 20 June until 31 August 2020, a number of cyclists volunteered to participate in distributing face masks and hand sanitizers to Sabah citizens, especially to the people residing in rural areas in the highlands and the traders in small markets (Tamu) along the roadside. Concurrently, the group of volunteers helped in spreading awareness of COVID-19 and the importance of keeping good hygiene.

Donation of Face Mask for Laos (25 May 2020)

Reneuco donated 30,000 face masks to Laos through the representative of the Embassy of Malaysia in Laos following the COVID-19 outbreak across the globe.

The Company made a donation in the form of face masks to the Perak state government to distribute the face masks to Perak residents.

Donation for a Special School in Pulau Pinang (13 March 2020)
Reneuco made a donation to SMK Pendidikan Khas Persekutuan, Pulau Pinang during the school’s 29th Parents - Teachers Association Annual General Meeting. Currently, the school accommodates 109 students and 51 teachers. The donation made will be put to good use for the students’ activities and developments.
